                          Move my website and services

                          This option is the first step to transferring your website and services to a new provider.

                          I only host or manage domains for websites I’ve built, so this move will include all the web-related services you have with me (eg hosting, domain(s), emails), not partial services.

                          I’ll provide the access or files needed for your new provider, and from that point they’ll take over your site’s care.
                          Your new provider may make some adjustments so the website works smoothly within their platform.

                          Important Note:

                          By submitting this form, you’re simply letting me know your plans so I can prepare on my side.

                          The transfer itself doesn’t begin here - it starts when you send a joint email to both providers confirming you’d like to move from one to the other. That email is your go-ahead for the two providers to coordinate and complete the move.

                          Cancel Services

                          No longer need your website?
                          Choose this option if you no longer need your website or related services and would like them permanently closed and removed from the internet. This is most often used when a business has closed or no longer requires an online presence.
                          Before anything is removed, I’ll create a backup copy for your records.
                          For security, I’ll also email you to confirm the request before deletion goes ahead.

                          Once cancelled, your website will no longer be accessible online and all related services (eg hosting, domain, emails) will be closed.

                          Important Note:

                          Only choose this option if you’re certain you’d like your website taken offline completely.

                          If you still need it to remain accessible, please go back and select Move Services or Update Services.

                          If you'd like to switch your billing frequency, let me know here and I'll be in touch to sort it out. Annual gives the best rate; monthly is available if you'd prefer more flexibility.

                          Tended - I look after your updates for you, with a set number of content and structural changes included each year.

                          Hosted - all the hosting, security and monitoring, without included edits; changes are quoted as you need them.
