No - every site is a fully custom design and build, shaped around your business.

Q: How many revisions do I get?

Up to 3 tidy rounds of design revisions before approval.

Q: Will I get to talk to someone before we start?

Always. There's a box to tick if you'd like to talk before your proposal arrives, otherwise we'll speak once you're locked in. I can't build something shaped to your business without properly understanding it first, so that conversation happens either way. And once we're working together, I'm always close at hand.

Q: Can I upgrade my website later?

Absolutely - your site is built with room to grow, and add-ons or extra pages can be woven in down the track.

Q: Can I include or upgrade to ecommerce?

I can work one or more Stripe Buy Now buttons into your site if you have a few items or services to sell. Or, I can embed an Ecwid store if you're selling more. We'll be able to discuss what best matches your project before we start.

Q: What ongoing fees are applicable?

You'll be on one of my two hosting & care plans - Tended or Hosted - renewing on your launch anniversary. One invoice a year holds everything web: hosting, SSL, domain renewal, add-ons. (Monthly available at a slightly higher rate.)

Q: How soon can you start?

I take a limited number of builds each year so every project gets my full attention. Enquire and I'll let you know my current availability.

Prep - What You'll need

We'll guide you through providing these during onboarding

Your Business Assets - Your logo, images and wording, or as much of it as you have. Gaps are normal and nothing needs to be finished; we'll shape what's missing together as we go.
Your Project Brief - Whatever's already in your head: look, feel, functionality, links to sites you love (and ones you don't).

If you haven't given it much thought, that's genuinely fine - often easier, in fact.

Please don't manufacture a brief because you feel one's expected; a vague hunch beats a polished document that doesn't actually sound like you. Your ideas and mine both go in the pot either way, and what comes out is better than either alone.
Availability - You'll need to be reachable for the occasional question or round of feedback. Email is perfectly fine.

Onboarding

When you're ready to hit go....

Submit your Package enquiry below - you'll choose your care plan, confirm your social content, select any optional upgrades and tell me your ideal timing. Your full cost is laid out in front of you before you commit to a thing.

A confirmation lands in your inbox with your pricing exactly as you selected it.
Your proposal follows within two business days -usually sooner.

Want to talk it through first? There's a box to tick. Otherwise we'll have that conversation once you're locked in. Either way you're speaking with me, not a queue.
Your proposal arrives as a PDF, with a link inside to accept and sign. Once signed, a copy comes straight back to you for your records.
I issue your invoice - 50% to begin, the balance before we launch.
Your deposit locks in your start date. That's when we begin in earnest: a proper conversation to fill in every blank, and I gather your assets from you.

Design & Build

Before anything's drawn, I look at your industry - what your competitors are doing, what your customers expect to find, and where there's room for you to stand apart. Then I craft your site: structure and flow first, then the look and feel, shaped around your brand and your people.

Review & Refine

You'll receive your working demo link to explore. We move through up to 3 tidy revision rounds, then your approval.

Finalise & Launch

Behind-the-scenes work - back-end features, SEO and AI findability, forms, responsive views, pre-launch testing - then hosting set up, domain connected, and your site goes live.

Post-Launch Support

Once your website is live, you have a 14-day window to let me know of any errors missed in sign-off or other minor changes. I'll also be keeping a close eye on your site for any issues in its new live environment.

Beyond that, your hosting and care plan carries you. Not hosting with a bit of support bolted on, and not a care plan that stops at "we'll look into it if something breaks" - it's one arrangement holding everything: your hosting, SSL, domain renewals, monthly checks across every page, link and form, accessibility monitoring, embeds watched, and your findability kept current as search keeps shifting. All of it happening whether or not anything's gone wrong.

Depending on which plan you're on, I'll either be making your changes throughout the year, or touching base to see how you're finding things. Either way, I'm here for you, long term.

Once you submit, you'll recieve a copy of everything you've chosen, along with the pricing - so you've got it on hand.

Then I'll prepare your proposal - you can expect it within 2 business days. It'll lay everything out clearly: inclusions, pricing, timeline, and a proposed start date, with your service agreement to sign whenever you're ready.

There's nothing to pay yet, and nothing's locked in until you've seen your proposal and you're happy to go ahead.
