Every website needs hosting and ongoing care from the day it goes live. There are two ways to go - the difference is simply whether updates are included.

Which suits you best?

Includes all* updates and changes.
Best if you’ll need updates through the year.

Best if your site won’t change much, or you’d rather pay for changes only when they come up.

You can choose annual or monthly next.

Most clients choose Tended - the included changes usually pay for themselves the first time you need something updated.

        Have a look through and tick anything that appeals. This is a first pass, not a commitment - you can add, drop, or change your mind entirely once we get there. It just gives us both a head start on what matters most to you.

        Project and ongoing fees

        These figures are based on your selections. A few things - like domains, or a logo that needs custom quoting - may be confirmed in your proposal.

        Your first ongoing fee payment is due before launch, so your first outlay covers your project fee plus your first services payment.

        Pricing is in AUD. Design Alchemy is not currently GST registered.

        What happens next

        Once you submit, you'll recieve a copy of everything you've chosen, along with the pricing - so you've got it on hand.

        Then I'll prepare your proposal - you can expect it within 2 business days. It'll lay everything out clearly: inclusions, pricing, timeline, and a proposed start date, with your service agreement to sign whenever you're ready.

        There's nothing to pay yet, and nothing's locked in until you've seen your proposal and you're happy to go ahead.
